Well here we are, not even a week after diagnosis.  We are truly reeling.  Both good and bad.  Bad 1st, I like to end on good.  Very overwhelmed by something we do not fully understand.  Trying to process it together as a family.  Treasuring our moments as they are today.  The good, the amazing, rich, abundant love and our family and friends.  And, more importantly, the prayers.  Wow.  Just wow!  Scripture has been shared, love knowing His promises. Psalm 91 was given to us today by a man we respect at church.  Going to brew in that today with the family.

So here are the nuts and bolts as many of you have been asking.  We are so grateful for your loving concern and offers of assistance.

We have two appointment breast surgeons.   One on Tues 8/2 and the other Tues 8/9.  We will then be trusting the Lord for His wisdom as it's promised in His word, If any of you lacks wisdom, you should ask God, who gives generously to all without finding fault, and it will be given to you. James 1:5.

I've attached a recent pic from our family vaca in May.  This was along the Riverwalk in San Antonio.

Many have asked how/when and offers of help.  A friend has offered to set up a meal calendar, I don't know when I'll need that so stay tuned.  I am going to need specific friends to take a day here and there to babysit me and keep the  kids on track with their schooling.  Thankfully, much of their work is independent, but they will need a bit of regular guidance.  They will continue in their Wednesday Bible Study and Friday homeschool co-op.  As Tom and I have prayed about what would be best for them at this time, this seems to be the answer for now.

Specific prayer request, we're going BIG-a healing miracle, complete eradication of the cancer in my body.  If the answer to that is no or not now, we would ask for the best possible test results to be revealed to us Tuesday morning.  And wisdom as to next steps.

Thank you all for love and prayers on our behalf.  We are deeply appreciative.

Love~Tom, Rosanna, Kay, Trenton & Kensey
